Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision, strategic direction and expertise to deliver high quality Data, Analytics & AI/Gen AI solutions/services to multiple Customers across the AZ Group according to Group Data/AI Strategy, Governance and Guidelines

  • Ensure global service delivery by establishing a Centre of excellence for Data, Analytics & AI/Gen AI portfolio. Define Vision, structure, resources & operating model to create solutions/assets and to meet Customer demands. Become the preferred partner to clients with the Centre of Excellence for Data, Analytics & AI/Gen AI

  • Enable mutually rewarding relationships with important partners. Develop a best practice sharing model to ensure scaling of reusable assets and enhance customer experience. End-to-end responsibility and accountability of customer relationships for the respective service, measured by NPS/Customer Satisfaction

  • Deliver benefits to Customers, through scalable solutions/assets, continuous improvements and technologies.

  • Lead a 'Great Place to Work' . Create a highly engaged work environment to attract and retain a globally inclusive experienced workforce. Sponsor & guide programs focused on skill development, following Strategic Workforce Planning & Future skill strategy of <Customer>. Create a brand to attract best of talents globally.

  • Accountable for the P&L of the service line and contribution to the growth plans of AZ Services. Establish prudent planning and cost management to deliver OP following the PD and local regulatory requirements.

  • Understand and follow relevant Group (E.g.: GDPR), Customer's and Location specific legal/compliance standards and regulations, with special focus on Data Privacy, info sec etc. Monitor potential risks and establish mitigations and controls.

  • Adopt Industry Best Practices and certifications. Benchmark to improve.

  • Increase growth, by deepening/widening the customer footprint, and by enhancing the service portfolio with potential high demand services.

  • 1 Ensure to keep up with the industry technology evolution to bring in valuable innovations. Look for sustainable and complimentary partnerships with Industry Forums/Partners.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated capability in Building successful Centres of Excellence

  • Understanding & exposure to Data Science, Data Engineering, Automation, Generative AI and related fields and of Insurance and BFSI Industry

  • Senior leadership experience in Global roles with the ability to steer and lead diverse teams.

  • Exposure to working with Global C+ level partners in a large Organization set up.

  • Able to think in end-to-end, beyond the boundaries of once own area, and able to lead efficiency and quality improvements across the Organization.

  • Doctorate / master’s level degree in Technology or a related field

  • Excellent analytical skills, influencing skills, initiative, and decisiveness.

  • Good networking and relationship building skills.

  • Spoken and written fluency in English is crucial.
