Description:

We are seeking a reliable Phone Representative to assist with outbound call tasks on a part-time basis. This is a remote position offering flexible hours and clear, basic expectations. The role involves making phone calls, engaging in brief conversations with business contacts, and accurately documenting relevant information.

No selling is required. The focus is on clear communication, professionalism, and consistent execution of assigned tasks. All necessary materials, including scripts and guidelines, will be provided.

This is a great role for someone who is comfortable talking on the phone, can stay focused working from home, and doesn’t need a lot of hand-holding. If you’ve done customer service or phone work before, that’s a plus—but it’s definitely not a must.
