Candidate Requirements:

Native English speaker eligible for a Chinese teaching visa
Relevant teaching experience at the primary level is required
Clean criminal background check
Ability to create dynamic, fun, and interactive lessons

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: 26,000 – 30,000 RMB (depending on experience)
Housing Allowance: Up to 3,000 RMB/month
Flight Reimbursement: Up to 10,000 RMB annually
Visa: All visa-related costs are fully covered

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, enriching, and challenging lessons tailored to primary-level students.
Foster an enjoyable and effective learning environment that encourages students to use English as their primary language of communication.
Integrate international perspectives and global themes into the curriculum.
Incorporate ICT, literacy, numeracy, and school-wide themes into lesson plans and classroom experiences.
Participate in the development of teaching resources, schemes of work, school policies, and effective teaching strategies.
Take part in the school’s performance review and professional development processes.
Maintain open and constructive communication with parents when necessary.
Collaborate with fellow staff members to share resources and support overall school improvement.
