Skill: Java Technical Lead
Possess a strong understanding of Java fundamentals, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
Experience with popular Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Experience with designing and developing microservices-based applications.
Provide guidance and feedback to others to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
Implement, maintain, and support development processes and methodologies. Ensure that program and code quality is of the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
