We are seeking a talented Certified Value Specialist (CVS) to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding VE workshops and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Value Engineering workshops across diverse project types, ensuring optimal value solutions for our clients.

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops, focusing on effective value improvement strategies and achieving targeted results.

• Prepare deliverables, including detailed reports that document workshop findings and recommendations.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Travel as required, with the expected travel range between 25%-50%, with 25% being the target.

• Ensure adherence to SAVE International standards for applying the Value Methodology in all workshops and deliverables.

• Contribute to the growth and success of the company by consistently delivering quality workshops and solutions.

Qualifications (Required):

• Active Certified Value Specialist (CVS) certification from SAVE International held for at least 2 years.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating VE workshops.

• A strong track record of planning and facilitating successful VE workshops in various industries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and engage stakeholders effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Planner.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (with the target being 25%).

Qualifications (Preferred):

• A background in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with federal architecture and engineering projects.
