Lawn Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and grounds keeping. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain neat and healthy
lawns.
Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching and weeding.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Build and install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
Conduct tree trimming and tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their
landscape needs.

EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with grounds keeping practices, including irrigation systems, tree care, and landscape
design is beneficial.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in various weather
conditions are essential for success in this role.

Job type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
