Skills

Ability to design minor electrical circuits, test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits
Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
Skill in installing electrical and electronic controls by interpreting schematics or blueprints
Knowledgeable about electrical power and water distribution systems
Capable of performing basic mechanical repairs
Ability to read blueprints and follow verbal instructions

Responsibilities

Design minor electrical circuits and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic systems
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
Install electrical and electronic controls on machinery
Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective parts
Install and monitor electrical equipment performance
Repair, install, and test electrical circuits and equipment
Perform various tasks as directed by the Group Leader

Qualifications

Two-year Associate degree required
5+ years of work experience in a related field

Associate’s degree in a relevant technical field

Experience utilizing a computer for parts search and CMMS entry
