Capture customer information for invoicing purposes
Log all customer calls and activity, tracking expenses incurred during service delivery

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Proven experience in relevant technical roles
Strong background in customer service and technical support

High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certifications in relevant fields are preferred
