WPACES is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a timely and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while chatting with customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer profiles as needed.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay informed about company offerings, updates, and policies to provide accurate support.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or chat support preferred.
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and handle several conversations at once.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency.
