Remote Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a contractor, you’ll assist customers with questions, orders, and issues—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat

Use company systems and scripts to assist customers

Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries

Maintain professionalism and accuracy in documentation

Requirements:

Reliable laptop or desktop (no Chromebooks)

Wired internet connection and quiet workspace
