Nail Specialist

Our client is a leading agency for vacancies in the hospitality, tourism and aviation industries. The job opportunities offered are permanent and seasonal placements in 4 or 5 star hotels, resorts in the top destinations of Europe in Cyprus or Greece and more.

The vacancy is for a 5 star all-inclusive resort in the beautiful Mediterranean island setting of Mallorca, Spain. You will have the opportunity to work with VIP clientele in a friendly, multicultural team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver flawless manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics, dip powders and nail art
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend home-care routines/products
- Ensure 100% compliance with hygiene, sterilization and safety protocols
- Maintain seamless throughput—efficient service without compromising quality
- Upsell retail products and premium treatments to boost spa revenue
- Keep treatment rooms immaculate, fully stocked & welcoming
- Partner with concierge/spa reception for a smooth guest journey
- Adhere strictly to company policies and Spanish labor regulations

Qualifications
- Certified/licensed Nail Technician with 1–2 years experience in luxury spas/resorts/salons
- Mastery of contemporary nail techniques and creative nail art
- Exceptional communication, customer-care & upselling skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and thrives under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays and peak-season demands
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (German and French) a plus

We Offer
- Monthly gross salary of 2264 EUR
- Shared accommodation, including utilities and expenses (380 - 430 EUR / month)
- 3 meals / day
