Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Shift Team Lead:

• Knowledge of starting the shift
• Manage employee overtime
• Handle shift changeover
• Coordinate operator training
• Write work orders for equiptment, accurately
• Partner and cordinate with plant leadership
• Help manage and record inventory
• Maintain production schedule
• Know, implement, and enforce all safety regulations
