• Salary: ranging from £31000 to 39000 plus seasonal bonus opportunity.
• Working days / hours: 37.5 hours in a week

Duties:
- Manage restaurant services efficiently and effectively.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high performance.
- Schedule staff hours to optimize service coverage.
- Handle phone and other delivery orders promptly and accurately.
- Communicate online orders to kitchen staff seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers.
- Keep accurate records of income and expenditures.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
