Retail Sales Development Executive

We need a motivated Retail Sales Development Executive to grow and support accounts in a defined territory of automotive retailers, parts stores and service centres. You will promote Lectroni’s full product range, develop new business and strengthen existing relationships. The position reports to the Retail Sales Development Manager. Some interstate travel and occasional weekends for trade events are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, parts stores and workshops
- Generate new leads and convert them into active customers
- Present product features, benefits and competitive advantages
- Provide prompt after-sales support and problem resolution
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Keep accurate CRM records of calls, opportunities and pipeline
- Represent Lectroni at trade shows and industry events
- Plan and prioritise work to maximise territory sales and customer satisfaction


What You Need
- 2-3 years of retail or B2B sales experience (automotive parts or similar a plus)
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn automotive aftermarket product knowledge
- Self-starter with strong time-management and organisation
- Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Current Australian driver licence
- Existing right to work in Australia
