Responsibilities



Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Repair and replace defective parts, components, and equipment as needed.
Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
Collaborate with other team members, including operators and supervisors, to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.

Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
3 + years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Any industry is acceptable; preferably within manufacturing environment.
A technical mechanical aptitude; electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic skills would be a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
