Role Overview:

Seeking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The role involves managing accounts of a listed entity and subsidiaries, ensuring statutory compliance, financial reporting, taxation, and investor-ready financial documentation. The candidate will work closely with auditors, regulators, and funding partners in a dynamic sustainability-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Ind-AS
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings; handle departmental assessments
Manage books of accounts, cash flow, and inter-company transactions
Ensure compliance with BSE, SEBI, MCA, and other statutory authorities
Collaborate with Company Secretary for XBRL filings, QIP documentation, and regulatory matters
Assist in preparation of financial models and investor presentations
Support internal and external audits with full compliance and document readiness
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and investors for fundraising, due diligence, and disclosures

Eligibility Criteria:

Chartered Accountant (CA), ICAI certified
3–7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and reporting
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and regulatory frameworks for listed entities
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
