Position: Client Support Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Support Virtual Assistant to provide remote assistance to our clients and internal team. This role combines customer service with administrative support, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone

Provide accurate information about services, processes, and policies

Handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy


Support & Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot common issues and ensure timely follow-up until resolved

Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary

Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system


Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and reliability

Identify client needs and provide proactive support to improve satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and customer experience


Administrative Support:

Manage scheduling, calendar updates, and appointment setting

Assist with data entry, reporting, and digital file organisation

Support team projects and operational tasks as needed


Requirements & Skills

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional training in administration, business, or customer service is a plus


Experience:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Rep, or similar role

Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or other support tools


Skills:

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with office software, cloud-based tools, and online communication platforms

Competitive pay: $16 – $28 per hour / $33,720 – $63,769 annually, depending on experience
