Network Support Specialist

Our Network Support Specialist will ideally have 1-2 years of commercial experience,
however an entry level Engineer with the right levels of aptitude and personal motivation
will be considered, as ample training will be provided. This is a heavily customer driven position,
therefore strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as is a strong customer service focus.


You will participate in customer training and demonstrations regarding software installation
and general network administration and management, and provide on-going technical support to help ensure
that customer configurations are operating effectively and efficiently.
