Responsibilities

Ability to handle complex state and federal filings, detailed knowledge of electronic filings systems such as ECF, TrueFiling, and One Legal.
Ability to draft discovery and discovery response shells (interrogatories, requests for admissions, and request for production, subpoenas, and preparing deposition binders).
Ability to manage trial preparation including: trial exhibits, trial binders, charts, trial notebooks, subpoenas, and work with vendors on trial needs.
Ability to calculate deadlines in private arbitration, state court and federal court.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize as you go.
Work as part of a team with coworkers of all levels of experiences.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Solid understanding of state and federal civil litigation, including deadlines, local rules, and judge’s rules.
High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of state and federal formatting requirements, and tables of contents and authorities.
High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
Technological savvy.
Ability to learn quickly, and think and act independently and with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
