Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fixed Assets Functional Analyst to join our team as a Lead Consultant specializing in Oracle eBS Financials (GL, AP & AR).
The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting the Oracle ERP Fixed Assets module, working closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless configuration, migration, and testing of fixed asset processes.

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical financial systems within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership for the Oracle Fixed Assets module within Oracle eBS Financials.

Lead and support Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades, focusing on Fixed Assets configuration and functionality.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and validate processes.

Ensure accurate data migration, depreciation setup, asset accounting, and reporting.

Develop and maintain documentation, test scripts, and support materials following Oracle standards.

Support post-implementation enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Must-Have Skills

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fixed Assets module.

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementations or upgrades involving Fixed Assets.

In-depth understanding of asset accounting, depreciation methods, asset tracking, and reporting.

Familiarity with Oracle documentation standards, testing methodologies, and project lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Broader knowledge of Oracle eBS Financials (GL, AP, AR).

Exposure to Oracle Fixed Assets integrations with other financial modules.

Experience in process automation or data migration projects related to Fixed Assets.

Experience Required

Minimum: 10+ years of overall experience with a strong focus on Oracle Financials and Fixed Assets.
