Location: Sittingbourne, England
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 (on-site)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per year (depending on experience, with career growth opportunities)

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and control systems.
• Enhance the efficiency of internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Prepare and maintain management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Produce financial statements in compliance with IFRS and internal standards.
• Provide monthly reports on key financial and operational indicators.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with department heads.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals.

Requirements
• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with Sage or Zoho accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
