Are you an experienced family law attorney ready to lead and grow a meaningful practice? We are a boutique firm in Philadelphia dedicated to serving all types of families, including LGBTQ+ and non-traditional families, and we are seeking a motivated attorney with at least 4 years of domestic relations experience to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution.
Provide strategic, compassionate counsel to clients from intake through resolution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing family law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle a variety of domestic relations issues independently
Active Pennsylvania Bar membership
Commitment to serving LGBTQ+ clients and non-traditional families


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients
Experience with adoption and/or assisted-reproduction law
Mediation experience or training in collaborative law
Active New Jersey Bar membership
