Job Title: Software Programmer cum Data Analyst

Reports To: Chief IT Manager
Salary range:₦500k – ₦700k

Job Description:
Software Programmer cum Data Analyst role requires expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, automation, and low/no-code development to enhance business processes and develop internal applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Office 365 Administration & Support
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 accounts, including email creation, user support, and administration portal management.
• Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of Office 365 services and applications.
• Monitor system performance, security settings, and compliance with company policies.

Automation & Process Improvement
• Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Automate (Power Automate).
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Forms integrated with SharePoint lists to streamline data collection and business processes.
• Optimize and automate repetitive tasks within the Office 365 ecosystem to enhance efficiency.

Software Development (Low/No-Code)
• Develop custom applications using low/no-code platforms within the organization.
• Create user-friendly solutions tailored to internal business needs and workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient software solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and its suite of applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Forms for process automation.
• Familiarity with low/no-code development platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, or similar.
• Understanding of data management, integration, and workflow automation.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide technical support.
• Core programming language: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#
• UI/JavaScript Framework: React, VueJS, Bootstrap 5, Tailwind CSS
• Database: Oracle, MySql, PostgreSql

Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience in an IT support, software development, or data analysis role.
• Exposure to database management, reporting tools, and cloud-based solutions.
