About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Tax and Accounting to lead tax planning, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial and tax guidance, oversee all accounting functions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and deliver high-quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of tax preparation, planning, and compliance

Manage and resolve complex tax law and regulatory issues

Provide strategic tax advisory and financial insights to leadership

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting

Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns

Collaborate across business units to support integrated financial solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification or equivalent preferred

5–10 years of progressive accounting and tax experience

Strong expertise in tax strategy, compliance, and advisory

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting

Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
