Position: Business / Systems Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 11+ Months – Temporary Assignment
Type: Strictly W2 Only
Rate: Max $46/hr

Overview:
Seeking an experienced BSA with strong SQL and Data Warehouse expertise, desired within the healthcare domain.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years as a BSA/Technical Analyst
5+ years of SQL experience
3+ years in Data Warehouse projects (Sourcing or Outbound Extracts preferred)
Strong healthcare domain knowledge
Hands-on data profiling and gap analysis
Strong RDBMS understanding
Ability to create functional specs, mapping documents, and source-to-target mappings (joins, filters, ranking for unique records)
Experience presenting draft data models
Perform UAT/business checkout using SQL scripts
Excellent communication and analytical skills
