Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $22 - $25 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Facility Technician:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas such as bathrooms, staff office, and break rooms
• Restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas around campus
• Perform daily cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.
• Keep corridors and stairwells clear of debris
• Clean exterior windows
• Maintain janitor closet and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
• Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance work or another similar position.
• Knowledge of proper tool use and tool maintenance
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs., as needed
• Good hygiene skills are required
• Background check and drug test required
