About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through every interaction. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
-Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
-Follow communication guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
-Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role (preferred but not required).
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
