Role Overview
The Costpoint Deployment SME will provide hands-on configuration, integration, and deployment leadership for Deltek Costpoint—focusing on the design and implementation of interfaces between Infor LN and Costpoint’s financial and project accounting modules.

Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate the design and configuration of Costpoint General Ledger (GL), Project Cost Accounting, and related submodules (Labor, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Fixed Assets) and identify gaps that will pose issues for the integration with Infor LN. In addition, develop gap remediation plans and execute approved plans. In collaboration with the Enterprise Architect, develop and validate integration architecture between Infor LN S2P/Projects and Costpoint via APIs, middleware, or data services. Define mapping logic for project codes, accounting dimensions, and cost elements flowing between systems, to include Infor’s subledger. Support data conversion strategy for master data, open transactions, and project cost balances. Collaborate with functional leads, data architects, and system integrators to ensure end-to-end financial integrity. Provide documentation, test scripts, and defect remediation during SIT/UAT. Mentor client and team members on Costpoint best practices and controls

Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience with Deltek Costpoint implementations, including GL and Project Cost Accounting.
3+ years integrating Costpoint with Infor LN.
Deep understanding of Costpoint data structures, posting logic, and CAS/FAR compliance requirements.
Experience with middleware or integration platforms (Infor ION and MuleSoft)
Hands-on SQL/data mapping experience.
Demonstrated ability to work across functional, financial, and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Federal contracting or regulated environments.
CPA or PMP certification.
