About Us: Haveship Logistics is a leading customs brokerage firm specializing in import/export compliance, logistics coordination, and supply chain solutions.

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry Clerk to join our customs operations team. This role involves filing ISF reports, managing customs documentation, and coordinating with freight partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and file ISF and customs entries for inbound shipments.

· Communicate with freight forwarders, brokers, and clients.
· Maintain accurate records of shipment data and customs documentation.
· Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
· Collaborate with internal staff to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
· Experience in logistics, customs brokerage, or international shipping is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
