Mold inspector

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mold Inspector based in the Tampa/St Pete area. The Mold Inspector will conduct thorough property inspections to assess and identify potential mold issues. They will ensure compliance with environmental standards, provide remediation recommendations, and prepare detailed reports. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols in all inspection activities.



Qualifications

Knowledge in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting to assess and guide on mold-related concerns.
Experience in Inspection and strong Supervisory Skills to efficiently lead on-site evaluations and oversee procedures as needed.
Understanding of Environmental Law as it pertains to mold.
Excellent analytical, observational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively on-site.
OSHA certification or other industry-specific credentials are a plus.
Key Skills
