License practical Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team in Pembroke, NC. This opportunity offers flexible PRN shifts as well as short-term and long-term contract assignments. Ideal for nurses who want schedule flexibility while earning a competitive rate.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider

Administer medications and treatments according to care plans

Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition

Assist with patient assessments and interventions

Maintain accurate and timely charting (EMR or paper)

Support physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Deliver compassionate care and great customer service

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina (in good standing)

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (long-term care, rehab, hospital, or similar)

Current BLS/CPR certification

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Must pass background check and drug screen (if applicable)

Schedule

PRN shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends)

Contract shifts (4–13 weeks depending on facility need)

Pay

$40 per hour

Weekly pay (if applicable)
