We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure SRE with 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and deep hands-on expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of driving integrations, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation of large-scale distributed systems.

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

3+ years of software development experience
(PowerShell, Azure Bash, Go, or Python)

7+ years of system administration experience
with focus on infrastructure in PLM & HPC environments

Strong expertise in:

Windows & Linux server administration

VM & VMSS management

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, name resolution, RDMA)

Core Competencies

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management

Ability to proactively manage and refine the backlog

Skilled in solution design and infrastructure optimization

📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead integration and operational support for 3rd-party applications running on HPC/PLM infrastructure

Manage and optimize Windows Server and Linux OS environments

Configure HPC schedulers such as:

Windows HPC Pack

OpenPBS

Slurm

(or similar technologies)

Support distributed computing workloads, including MPI-based applications

Troubleshoot high-performance networking components

Implement & manage:

Azure CycleCloud

Azure Batch
for HPC orchestration

Work closely with application owners to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

Maintain compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices
