📘 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PAM Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority overseeing password vaulting, endpoint privilege management, session management, and complex integrations across our retail technology landscape.

This position requires deep technical expertise, strong security knowledge, and the ability to drive enterprise-level implementations.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
PAM Platform Leadership

Act as the technical SME for Privileged Access Management solutions

Lead architecture, deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of PAM platforms

Manage enterprise password vaulting and endpoint privilege management systems

Enterprise PAM Implementation

Design and deploy large-scale PAM solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments

Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure, identity platforms, and security tools

Policy Development & Governance

Develop and maintain privilege elevation rules, credential rotation policies, session governance, and workflow automation

Align PAM policies with compliance standards such as PCI DSS and internal security requirements

Integration & Automation

Integrate PAM with:

ITSM platforms

SIEM systems

Vulnerability scanners

Directory services (AD, Azure AD, LDAP)

Automate privileged workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Troubleshooting & Support

Provide expert-level troubleshooting for PAM platform issues

Support privileged account onboarding, access provisioning, and platform performance tuning

Security, Compliance & Audit

Ensure full audit readiness through robust logging, session recording, and monitoring

Maintain privileged account hygiene and governance across enterprise systems

Documentation & Training

Create detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users
