PreSchool Teacher

Children’s Lighthouse is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our in-person teaching team. This role supports children ages 3–5 through hands-on learning, structured routines, and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead age-appropriate lessons that build early academic and social skills.
Supervise children and maintain a safe, positive classroom environment.
Support daily routines, including meals, rest time, transitions, and outdoor play.
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and engaging.
Communicate with families about children’s activities, progress, and needs.
Work closely with team members during on-site meetings and trainings.
Follow Children’s Lighthouse policies and state licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Prior experience working with preschool-age children.
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Must be available for in-person interview and on-site daily work.
