Software Engineer (Client-Facing, US Projects)
Remote – United States Clients

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong communication skills and experience working directly with U.S. clients. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality software solutions for our U.S.-based partners, collaborating closely with teams and participating in client meetings, interviews, and technical discussions. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable translating client needs into well-built technical solutions.

As a key contributor, you will support the design and development of modern, scalable applications while ensuring smooth communication and alignment with U.S. stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into senior, lead, or client-facing engineering roles within a supportive, remote-friendly environment.

# Responsibilities
- Participate in interviews, meetings, demos, and planning sessions with U.S. clients
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a U.S., remote environment
- Communicate progress clearly and manage expectations with stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues promptly
- Contribute to documentation, project planning, and technical discussions
- Stay current with industry trends and modern development practices
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and development standards

# Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 2–3+ years of direct experience working with U.S. clients (interviews, standups, meetings)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to explain technical ideas clearly
- Confidence in interviews and client conversations
- Solid experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., React, Node.js, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, etc.)
- Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to evolving client needs
