Consensus Capital Holdings is hiring Blockchain Developers for our portfolio of 30+ Web3 and blockchain companies.

ABOUT US:
Venture capital fund investing in blockchain projects since 2017. Portfolio includes DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, Layer 2 solutions, and Web3 infrastructure.

POSITION:
Fully remote Blockchain Developer role. Work on cutting-edge DeFi, NFT, and Web3 infrastructure projects. Flexible hours, global team.

COMPENSATION:
- 60,000-120,000 USD/year based on experience
- Token allocations from projects
- Performance bonuses
- Remote from anywhere

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build and maintain smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, Vyper)
- Develop dApp frontends (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
- Create backend services (Node.js, Python, Go)
- Work on DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, blockchain infrastructure
- Collaborate with international teams
- Code reviews and technical discussions

REQUIREMENTS:
- Development experience with portfolio/GitHub
- Blockchain fundamentals knowledge
- Solidity, Rust, or similar smart contract languages
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go
- English communication skills
- Remote work capability

PREFERRED:
- DeFi or NFT platform experience
- Open-source blockchain contributions
- Cryptography and consensus understanding
- Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js, web3.js experience
- Multi-chain experience (Ethereum, Solana, etc)

Chains: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana, Polygon
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend: Node.js, Python, Go
