Consensus Capital Holdings is hiring Project Managers for our portfolio of 30+ Web3 and blockchain companies.

ABOUT US:
Venture capital fund investing in blockchain projects since 2017. Portfolio includes DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, Layer 2 solutions, and Web3 infrastructure.

POSITION:
Fully remote Project Manager role. Lead product development for blockchain projects including DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and Web3 infrastructure. Flexible hours, global team collaboration.

COMPENSATION:
- 52,000-94,000 USD/year based on experience
- Token allocations from projects
- Performance bonuses
- Remote from anywhere globally

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage end-to-end product development for Web3 projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketing)
- Plan sprints, roadmaps, and product launches
- Track progress, identify blockers, keep teams aligned
- Work with founders and leadership on strategic initiatives
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and team meetings

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5+ years project management experience
- Proven track record shipping products (Web2 or Web3)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficient with tools: Jira, Notion, Linear, Asana, or similar
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Understanding of blockchain/Web3 (or willingness to learn)
- Remote work capability

PREFERRED:
- Previous Web3/crypto project experience
- Technical background or developer experience
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- FinTech or financial services background
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification
