About the Role

As Estimator, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of bid preparation for commercial sitework and municipal utility projects ranging from $500K to $5M.

You’ll handle grading and wet utilities (water, sewer, storm) across a steady pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate takeoffs and quantity calculations

- Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals

- Solicit and analyze subcontractor/vendor pricing

- Prepare bid packages and support client presentations

- Assist in preconstruction planning and scheduling

- Track costs and support project handoff to operations

- Represent the company in client and pre-bid meetings



Qualifications

- 5+ years estimating experience in grading and utilities

- Strong field experience may be considered in lieu of formal estimating background

- Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering preferred but not required

- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office 365, and InSite Takeoff Software

- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $70K–$90K, based on experience
