Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Project Manager based in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Technical Project Manager will overseeassist productio. and manage interior design projects, coordinate with clients, consultants snd manage teams, ensure timely delivery, and optimize project workflows in both CAD and Revit. Responsibilities include creating detailed interior design project construction sets, developing the initial set up, being on weekly calls, file sharing monitoring progress, solving project-related issues, leading collaborative meetings, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Facilitating communication and maintaining high-quality project standards will also be key aspects of this role.



Qualifications



Strong Project Management and Program Management expertise, including experience handling multifaceted large-scale projects.
Exceptional Communication and Team Leadership skills to lead team members effectively and maintain clear communication across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent Analytical Skills to identify challenges and optimize processes within projects.
Proven experience in working with cross-functional and diverse teams to meet deadlines and organizational objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant certifications such as PMP being a plus.
Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential industries is highly desirable.
Excelence in Hospitality CD Documentaion in AutoDesk and BIM a requirement
