Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join a collaborative and fast-paced design team. This role supports the Lead Designer across multiple residential and/or commercial projects and requires strong technical, creative, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, innovative, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment while delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer on active design projects
Create and update CAD drawings
Develop 3D renderings and visual design concepts
Prepare engaging client presentations
Assist with documenting design decisions and project details
Communicate with vendors and suppliers
Organize and maintain the sample library
Track and manage current project samples
Assist with closet designs, finish selections, and color selections
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
Proficiency in CAD (required)
Experience creating 3D renderings (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable commute to Novato, CA
