About the Role
Carnivore Style is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Recruiter to manage our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top technical talent to join our team, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (developers, engineers, IT professionals)


Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers


Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms


Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding


Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent


Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Good organizational and time-management abilities


Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools (or willingness to learn)


Reliable internet connection and home workstation


Prior experience in technical recruiting or HR is a plus
