Job Description:
Venture Smarter is hiring a skilled Java Developer to help build and maintain high-quality software solutions. If you have a strong background in Java and enjoy working on backend systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications


Write clean, scalable, and efficient code


Troubleshoot and debug issues


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features


Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices



Requirements:
Proven experience as a Java Developer


Solid understanding of OOP, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and databases


Familiarity with REST APIs and version control (e.g., Git)


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Ability to work independently in a remote setup


Reliable internet connection
