🔎 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AJO Developer to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel customer journeys using the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. This position is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer expertise and deep AEP/CJA knowledge.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Journey Design & Development

Build and configure journeys and campaigns across email, SMS, push & in-app

Implement orchestration logic, decisioning, and audience targeting

Create custom actions/events for real-time personalization

Integration & Data

Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Manage segmented audiences and activation workflows

Analytics & Optimization

Utilize Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) & AEP datasets

Develop dashboards and campaign performance insights

Compliance & Governance

Ensure consent management, security & regulatory compliance

Collaboration

Partner with marketing, data engineering & creative teams

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum)

🔧 Must-Have Skills

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – Strong hands-on experience

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Adobe Launch / WebSDK

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

REST APIs, JSON, data integration

SQL / RDBMS experience
