Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – Wireless & Network Security to support WiFi standards testing, next-generation wireless feature validation, and performance benchmarking across enterprise environments.

Must Have Skills

✔ Wireless technology testing (APs, Wi-Fi extenders)
✔ Wireless standards 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be and Bluetooth
✔ Strong understanding of Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7, industry standards (WBA/WFA)
✔ Knowledge of key WiFi features:

OFDMA

MU-MIMO

Band Steering

MLO

Detailed Responsibilities

Execute WiFi and wireless product validation across multiple platforms

Analyze wireless template standards and security protocols

Conduct advanced testing:

Functionality

Interoperability

Performance

Stress & Latency

Reliability

Validate roaming and mesh behaviors using 802.11 K/V/R

Work with security frameworks WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3

Collaborate across engineering teams to troubleshoot and report findings

Required Experience

8–10 years in Wireless Technology & Network Security

Hands-on with Linux, Windows, macOS

Experience creating and executing test strategies—manual & automation
