🔎 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance (FI/CO) Consultant with deep expertise in S/4HANA transformations, finance process design, and integration across enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on configuration experience and strong client-facing communication skills.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP FI/CO solution design and configuration for S/4HANA landscapes

Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions including data migration, testing, and cutover

Configure and optimize finance sub-modules including:

New GL

Asset Accounting

Treasury & Banking

Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting

Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on integrated processes

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs

Create high-quality solution documentation and process flows

Work with business users on UAT, training & post-go-live support

Provide advisory expertise across finance business process improvements

🧩 Must-Have Skills

10+ years in SAP FI/CO

Strong configuration & integration experience

At least 2+ S/4HANA projects (greenfield or brownfield)

Proven experience with migration from ECC to S/4HANA

Excellent communication, documentation & stakeholder engagement skills

SAP FI or S/4HANA Finance certification

Exposure across multiple industries

Familiarity with SD, MM, PP, or other integrated modules
