Inbound/Outbound Process Manager

a. Oversee the end-to-end operations of the cold storage distribution center.
b. Ensures a fast and smooth picking of merchandise and non-merchandise based on picking list.
c. Ensures a correct documentation of the items through accurate counting and recording of outbound transactions.
d. Analyses work methods and distribution to eliminate idle time and maximize employees’ productivity and capacity.
e. Manage inventory to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
f. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
g. Implement and maintain temperature control measures to guarantee proper storage conditions.
h. Supervise and lead operation staffs, providing guidance and training on best practices.
i. Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency, including optimizing storage space and reducing energy consumption.
j. Coordinate with supplies, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
k. Prepare and manage budgets for the cold storage facility.
l. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure proper handling, labeling, and movement of products.
m. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve overall performance.
n. Report on the performance of the cold storage facility to the DC Manager.
