Inventory Manager

a. Supervise daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and returning stock.
b. Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
c. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.
d. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
e. Conduct regular and cycle inventory counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
f. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, production, sales) to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
g. Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including slow-moving and obsolete stock.
h. Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
i. Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
j. Lead inventory audits and collaborate with internal/external auditors as needed.
