Position Overview

As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you will travel to client locations to complete notarizations and loan document signings including:

Buyer and seller packages
Refinance signings
HELOC documents
General notary work
Legal and business documents
Real estate closings

You will serve individuals, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and businesses needing mobile notary services.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You choose your schedule and service area.

Pay and Earning Potential

$75 to $200+ per appointment depending on document type, distance, and urgency
General notary work paid per visit
Higher fees for evenings, weekends, and rush appointments

Agents who accept consistent assignments can earn steady weekly income.
