Job Role: Power Platform Developer (Copilot Studio)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India – must support U.S. working hours)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to)
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including both declarative and custom agents.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Copilot-based solutions that modernize internal business processes.\
• Act as a business solutions architect, providing guidance to ensure scalable, consistent, and best-practice Power Platform development frameworks.
• Develop, configure, and manage custom connectors to securely integrate enterprise data sources with Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Integrate Copilot and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and internal knowledge repositories.
• Provide ongoing production support for deployed solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the expansion of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across the organization to improve efficiency, automation, and innovation.

Requird Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proven experience integrating REST APIs, Azure services, and building custom connectors.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot AI, and Azure OpenAI, with a solid understanding of AI concepts and large language models (LLMs).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively during U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience modernizing or enhancing enterprise applications using AI-driven solutions.
• Prior experience supporting or scaling Copilot or Power Platform solutions in large or complex environments.
• Familiarity with governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft Power Platform ecosystems.
