We are building a Unity-based RPG game inspired by a magical fantasy movie-style scenario. To bring this project to life, we are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our growing game development team.

This project focuses on rich storytelling, immersive RPG systems, and polished gameplay, and we are seeking candidates who have hands-on experience with RPG game development.

How These Roles Fit Into the Team

All roles will work closely together as part of a cross-functional Unity RPG team. Team members will collaborate to ensure gameplay, visuals, and narrative align seamlessly throughout development.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Unity Game Developer

Develop and maintain RPG gameplay systems in Unity (C#)

Implement combat, quests, progression, AI, and UI logic

Optimize performance and debug issues

Game Artist

Create 2D/3D characters, environments, props, and UI assets

Maintain a consistent fantasy art style

Prepare assets for Unity integration

Game Designer

Design RPG systems such as quests, combat, skills, and progression

Create clear design documentation

Balance gameplay and support narrative development

QA Tester

Test gameplay features and systems

Identify, document, and track bugs

Perform regression and exploratory testing

Required Qualifications

Experience working on RPG games

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Passion for games and player experience

Role-specific professional experience (development, art, design, or QA)

Strong Plus (Nice to Have)

Experience with blockchain development (e.g., smart contracts, NFTs, Web3 integration)

Experience with Unity pipelines and workflows

Background in fantasy or narrative-driven games
